Custom Orders

All of our products are made just for you! That means each item is created based on the custom details you provide (names, colors, designs, etc.). Because of this, we can’t accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless we’ve made a mistake on your order.

Please double-check all info before submitting—what you send is what we make!

Processing & Shipping

• Production Time: Custom products take 3-5 days to make.
• Shipping Time: Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout.
• Tracking: You’ll get a tracking number by email once your order ships.

We do our best to meet timelines, but once your package leaves our hands, we can’t control carrier delays.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We start working on your item soon after you order. If you need to make a change or cancel, please reach out ASAP at creativetsandmore@outlook.com. We can’t guarantee changes after production begins.

Payment & Billing

All prices are in US Dollar and payments are processed securely. We accept major payment methods offered at checkout.
